798 Beaches does have a NO REFUND policy within 24 hours of your reservation.
If an emergency should arise and you should have to cancel your service call us as soon as possible.
If 798 Beaches is able to rebook that vehicle for that date, the client will receive a gift certificate for use in the future.
If 798 Beaches is not able to rebook the vehicle, you would need to use the vehicle on the reserved date or forfeit all monies paid.
798 Beaches LLC is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown during transportation and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by any members of their party. Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles.
The sanitation fee is $850.00 minimum.
